A Premium Newborn session
A Premium/Full Newborn session is the most popular Newborn option I offer.
This Includes a 2-3 hour specialised Newborn shoot appointment. This allows time for all the extensive sleep settling and safe posing of your baby.
All props, wraps, headbands, hats etc are all provided and I have an a huge selection available for you to choose from.
A full newborn session includes, all posed unwrapped set ups, wrapped prop set ups, parents and siblings set ups too.
You will be invited to come back to an exclusive viewing appointment about 1-2 weeks after your session to see and select your images.
What age should my baby be?
A newborn photography session is for babies up to 1 month old, but for best results babies need to be around 5-16 days old on the date of the session, as after this time they can lose their newborn 'curl' and are less sleepy.
When should I book?
Ideally you need to book during pregnancy as my diary fills very quickly. I take provisional date bookings from as early as your 12-20 week scan. An exact shoot day is set once your little one arrives. I only open a limited amount of sessions per month as I like to ensure all my clients have an excellent experience from start to finish. For me I prefer quality over quantity. If I have availability I do take late bookings too, so if your baby is under 16 days and you haven't pre-booked please pop me a message.
About the session
Before the session, we will discuss the styles that you love, the session we will have, and I will work with you to capture the type of baby photo's you will want to cherish forever. On booking you will be sent an information sheet to help you prepare for the day and make the most of our time together.
Please allow upto 3 hours for your newborn photography session, as we allow time for feeding, nappy changes, and of course cuddling! A newborn session is always me working around you and your new arrival, very relaxed and enjoyable for everyone.

I have been photographing newborns for just over eleven years, I have photographed lots of babies so far and in turn have lots of happy mums & dads, siblings and even dogs. I am trained in newborn soothing, sleep settling and posing safety. Choosing a newborn photographer is a personal choice when it comes to style, please know when you book in with me your baby is in safe (and creative) hands.
